Our Company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, Stripe and PayPal. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Delivery Policy
We use Australia Post to deliver items anywhere in Australia. When ordering online you will receive an email confirming your order details. We will send your book within three working days via Australia Post. Delivery via Australia Post Can take within 3-7 days to arrive. Cost and delivery time for combined postage will be calculated on request.
Returns Policy
Sandras Secondhand Bookstore complies with Australian Consumer laws regarding returns and refunds. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you have selected the wrong product.
We are happy to refund your purchase should the item be damaged or we have made an error in filling your order. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you prepay all postage. You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during transit; consider purchasing shipping insurance from your carrier. Sandras Secondhand Bookstore will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
